Drug testing of employees ruled illegal. Yeeha - I've always wondered what I'd do if required to submit to a drug test as a job requirement. If it was a position where impairment is a significant safety risk, I'd be ok with it, but otherwise not. Good to see the courts in Canada agreeing with me.
